I really enjoyed having Ray in our group. He held good space and was able to handle a group member’s activated parts really well. I was very impressed with his leadership.
Ray was such a fun PA to work with. He has lots of tidbits and unique ways of working with parts that were fun for me to think about. I found myself wanting to have an IFS conversation with him for hours.
Ray was an excellent PA. He modeled self energy, he modeled speaking for parts. He responded in small groups when someone would share by naming the parts someone spoke for without evaluation. He was very helpful in our triads to help all of us connect to self before starting the practice and gave great feedback. Also did a great job being self led but directive in keeping small groups and practice groups on track.
We are born with only one obligation, to be completely who we are.

This is an unblending exercise I learned from Mike Elkin in my level 2 IFS training in 2008. My parts love this exercise. My parts are visual and they love being able to show me what they look like and they love being seen at critical developmental thresholds. This...
