Individual & Group IFS Consultation
As an approved IFS consultant, I provide disciplined, focused individual and group consultation for licensed mental health professionals seeking IFS certification.
I am always focused on helping you introduce parts to self with your clients and holding space for the parts of the therapist.
Individual IFS Consultation
- Develop and execute a step-by-step strategy to generate a videotaped IFS psychotherapy session that meets IFS-I certification requirements
- Meet the individual “15-hour” (7/15 hours) consultation requirement for IFS certification
- Develop and refine your understanding of the basic and nuanced aspects of IFS
- Provide a safe place to work the parts of the therapist
- Review the horizontal (6FS) versus vertical (healing part—retrieval, witnessing, unburdening) part of the protocol
- $150 per hour
Group IFS Consultation
- Collaborate with group members to generate a videotaped IFS psychotherapy session that meets IFS-I certification requirements
- Meet the 15-hour group consultation (8/15 hours) requirement for IFS certification
- I provide a safe learning laboratory for you and similarly experienced peers to review your work. Witness how your peers learn and apply the model
- In the process learn from what works for your peers, what their learning edges are, and what your learning edges are
- Learn and practice the Mini-Pause Unblend technique (Lead trainer Cece Sykes)
- $65 per session
Group Consultation Guidelines
Group Format
- We review one case per session

- Work the parts of the therapist as they rise and fall
Group Expectation
- Total group time is 90 minutes
- We start and end on time
- We start with 3-5 IFS parts based meditation
- 3 minute individual check in
- $65 per participant per session
